Sudhir Agarwal is WWIL CEO
Sudhir Agarwal has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Wire and Wireless (India) Limited, the largest multi-system operator (MSO) in India’s cable television industry with a subscriber base of 6.7 million.
Sudhir Agarwal has been appointed as the CEO of WWIL in place of Deepkan Chandnani who has resigned from the services of the company. His last assignment was with Haier Telecom (Pvt.) Ltd., where he was President – India and SAARC. Agarwal brings with him over 18 years of rich experience in commercial and marketing management with big names in telecommunication, consumer electronics and office automation such as Motorola, Bharti Televentures, Xerox Modicorp and Philips.
Agarwal is a Post Graduate in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania
“Sudhir Agarwal’s leadership skills and consumer orientation will build on the lead that WWIL has already created in the industry and further boost growth plans of the company while ensuring high standards of service excellence and satisfaction for customers, channel partners and other stakeholders,” Chairman Subhash Chandra said.
