Amit Goenka, Subhash Chandra's youngest son, is the CEO of PAN INDIA NETWORK PVT LTD. Born on August 24, 1976, Amit is a graduate of Business Administration. He is actively involved in managing the affairs of Pan India Network Infravest, an online gaming company, for the past six years. Having over ten years of rich work experience & exceptional innovation expertise, Amit’s keenness keeps mounting which makes him a well researched and thorough professional.

Along with managing Playwin, Amit is currently spearheading the technology front of the Essel group and is responsible for evaluating and identifying latest innovations. He is quite tech-savvy and enjoys applying technology for business needs. He has developed an intense knack in identifying, evaluating & pursuing new Business Opportunities and developing Market Strategies for Essel group. Amit lends his know-how to several Essel group companies where he plays an active role as a board member.

Amit strongly believes in the Overall Growth of India and has always had a strong vision and success to venture into untapped markets. Given his interest in gaming and technology, he came up with the idea to launch India’s first internet gaming site www.myplaywin.com. The site initially operated solely through ITZ cash card which is one of the unique innovations our country has experienced. Playwin also recently launched Myplaywin.com cards, which are also powered by ITZ technology. These cash cards are priced at Rs.200/ to attract people to play online, having reduced the hassles involved in playing. Playwin is the first player in its category and has consistently held leadership position in all sectors concerning gaming and has pioneered online lottery in India.

Amit’s latest venture Maharajah Casino is touted to be the largest offshore casino in Goa.  Maharajah Casino will focus on responsible gaming and transparency in ethics. A robust management team, associated with Maharajah Casino right from the beginning, is geared up to ensure the casino is a never-before seen experience in India. The Casino is expected to play a crucial role in Goa by stimulating the tourist industry and attracting tourists to Goa, thereby making Goa one of the most exciting and pleasurable destinations in India.

His first venture was Cyquator Technologies Ltd, a company that is into web hosting and e-solutions space. Amit was also Managing Director of Dakshin Media Gaming Solutions, a company that has launched India's first 24-hour interactive gaming television channel, Play TV.  A brainchild of Amit, Play TV was launched with the idea of cashing in on India's growing gaming industry and the beginning of an entirely new genre of entertainment, where interactivity redefines television viewing. According to Amit, in Asia a 24-hour gaming channel like Play TV is at a nascent stage, although globally, gaming with a dash of entertainment and lifestyle is a huge market. Some of the other successful projects where he is involved are ITZ Cash, Animation division, Wireless mobility, 7575 short code business, Digital Media Convergence Limited, Mumbai Football Club, All Sports Bar, All Sports Magazine, among others. Amit has also worked with Zee Telefilms Limited and was closely associated with the Group's investment and restructuring of the ICO project, a global mobile telephony project during his early days.

Amit is an individual with a positive mind and sheer determination; his crave for innovation takes the lead towards achievement in his entire business ventures. Amit’s mastermind and technology fervent attitude has led to distinctive innovations from the stable of The Essel Group.
