Ditto TV enhances its content offering, partners with National Geographic

Achieves new milestone to become the first OTT platform in India offering Live HD content

Ditto TV, India's first OTT (Over-The-Top) TV distribution platform from Zee New Media, the digital arm of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL), further strengthened its content offering by partnering with National Geographic Channel (India), thus becoming the first OTT platform in the country to host Live streaming of HD channels. With this partnership, Ditto TV will have access to three HD channels- Nat Geo Wild, Nat Geo People and Baby TV. Nat Geo Wild and Nat Geo People will showcase a range of wildlife, adventure shows, as well as celebrate the culture and lifestyle of people from across the globe, while Baby TV will offer exciting content for toddlers and their parents.

Speaking about the partnership, Mr. Manoj Padmanabhan, Business Head, Ditto TV said, “This partnership bears testimony to our constant efforts at providing our consumers with the best quality content to enhance their viewing experience. Our partnership with Nat Geo will give the consumers access to high quality, exciting and entertaining content in HD. Since its inception in February 2012, Ditto TV has already partnered for content with IndiaCast, Multi Screen Media (Sony Entertainment Television), Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd., TV Today Network, BBC, Turner India, Bikini TV, ZEE etc. It hosts 105 channels across leading genres and rich on-demand video content globally. Today, the platform has over 4 million users.
