Essel Infraprojects felicitated with the Michael Porter-IFC Mint Strategy Award for path breaking innovations

Essel Infraprojects Ltd (EIL) has been awarded the Michael Porter - IFC Strategy Award in the Utilities' category. Mr L N Agrawal, President, Green Energy & Power Transmission and Mr Vishal Sharma, Head, Brand & Corporate Communication received the award on behalf of EIL from Mr Jayant Sinha, Minister of State for Civil Aviation, at a function held in Gurgaon on September 30, 2016. The award comes in recognition of the strategic role EIL has played in shaping the industry, thus creating a unique positioning and altering the basis of competition in the Utilities category

Porter Prize is a prestigious award conferred by the Institute for Competitiveness, which is headed by the renowned economist, researcher, author, advisor and speaker Mr Michael E. Porter. The award recognizes corporates who are changing the face of the industry though innovation and strategy management.

EIL has recently been recognized and awarded by various prestigious industry bodies like Smart City Council of India, World CSR Congress, Golden Peacock Awards and IAMAI etc. for its innovative solutions, use of new technologies and excellence in projects.
