Get Glued To ZEE 24 Taas's New Look!

While celebrating the anniversary of seven glorious years, Zee 24 Taas (India's first Marathi News Channel and part of India's largest News Network, Zee Media Corporation Limited) greeted its viewers today with a refurbished new tag line and logo and thereby has given itself a brand new face lift. With this launch the channel has unveiled a much stronger brand promise 'Stay One Step Ahead' (Raha Ek Paul Pudhe) from its existing position of 'One Step Ahead' (Ek Paul Pudhe).  While reinforcing the legacy, the new avatar of Zee 24 Taas, will promise rich content and a host of shows that are truly contemporary and have more relevance.

The brand new look of the channel can be experienced on DITTO TV LIVE on the link from 4th February onwards.

Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Alok Agrawal, Chief Executive Officer, Zee Media Corporation Limited, said, “With the advent of digitations, researches have shown that viewers are setting up new priorities; therefore it has become imperative to refurbish the brand. Backed by Zee Media Corporation Limited's core philosophy to innovate in order to stay ahead, the new look of Zee 24 Taas is a step in the right direction. We are confident that the new identity will be applauded by the viewer which is rich in content and vibrant in look.”

After extensive research and planning, the channel will launch a 360 – degree marketing campaign to promote and reinforce the rejuvenated programming and packaging along with anchor presentation and news delivery. The campaign will elaborate and capture the thought and philosophy behind the rationale of the revamp across mediums like print, TV, radio, digital, mobile and outdoor. And this new face of the channel will soon take the industry by storm.

“Need for this repositioning emerges out from the fact that current generation is action oriented and Zee 24 Taas as a responsible news channel always takes care of viewers aspirations to stay relevant,” says Zee 24 Taas Business Head Bhushan Khot.

Along with this transformation in the channel's appearance, Zee 24 Taas is also developing a new program series on the theme of 'Raha Ek Paul Pudhe' (Stay One Step Ahead), which showcases the stories of empowered people who always stay one step ahead in their field of action.  Brand film of the theme 'Raha Ek Paul Pudhe' will be launched on Zee News, Zee Marathi, Zee Talkies & Zee 24 Taas on 12th February 2014 on the occasion of the channel's 7th anniversary.

Zee 24 Taas Editor-in-Chief Dr. Uday Nirgudkar says, “We are re-launching the channel to fine tune our self to reflect on the changing needs of viewers. We have always been viewer focused & viewer centric hence our new offering will be more qualitative and focused.”

The Brand campaign will be launched in Print (DNA, Loksatta, Mumbai Times, Lokmat, Sakaal etc.) on the 6th of February 2014 along with the Radio Spots on Radio Mirchi, Red FM, Radio City, Big FM etc. across Maharashtra. The campaign will be promoted in Outdoor in Mumbai, Pune & Nashik through Bus Panels, Bus Shelters and Hoardings. Digital burst will see banners & text/stamp ads on Google Display Network sites and Facebook. The channel's website, Facebook page & twitter page will be donning the brand communication of the channel.

The new brand promise of the channel stands for its relentless endeavour to keep its viewers ahead in life by empowering them with the right information, valuable knowledge and an in-depth and holistic view of every news piece.
