Hunt for Smart Investor continues on 22 August 2008
Zee Business Hunt for India’s Smart Investor will reach Bhopal and Indore this weekend. Two more Smart Investors will be added to the list of final contestants after this battle.
After the successful inaugural Gwalior round, the Zee Business Hunt for India's Smart Investor will reach Bhopal on August 22 and Indore on August 23. These rounds of the competition will add two more Smart Investors to the list of final contestants.
The short listed contestants for the Bhopal Round are Yachted Vaisnava, a government servant. He has been trading in the share market for almost seven years now and invests 50 per cent of his salary in shares; Nashua Jain, a sales manager who wants to be an entrepreneur soon and prefers long term investments; and Harjeet Singh whose favourites are MFs and SIP when it comes to investments. He does not really prefer investing in shares.
The contestants for Indore are Rajesh Vijayvargiye, a paper merchant who has been trading in shares for almost 20 years and has faced the ups and downs of the market; the second contestant is Chetan Padihaar who runs an assets management company and also invests in the share market on behalf of his other family members; and Sandeep Thackar, a cricketer who has played in under 19 tournaments. He is a full time investor and earns out of stock market and real estate.
The grand finnale of Hunt for India’s Smart Investor is scheduled in December and will have contestons from across the country fight for the title. The show was inaugarted on August 8 by Union Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology Jyotiraditya Scindia in Gwalior.
