Students from Zee Institute of Creative Art protest for crime against women

More than 100 students carried out a protest march and lighted candles in an initiative undertaken by Zee Institute of Creative Art in Hazratganj. This initiative was in the wake of the recent incident of a young girl's death after being gang-raped by 5 men. Her death may not have awakened all Indians but it has certainly pricked conscious of many and led to introspection on such barbaric acts. At such a tipping point of injustice, students of ZICA (Zee Institute of Creative Art) gathered in Hazratganj to light candle and pay tribute to her brave soul.

As the youth of India stand together to fight for women safety, ZICA (Zee Institute of Creative Art) contributes in its own way to add to the echo of thousands voicing for a strict laws for crime against women in India.

ZICA as an institute nurtures young talent and instills in them the spirit to stand against injustice and sharpen their intellect which impacts the sensitivities of youth. The documentary films created by ZICA (Zee Institute of Creative Art) have always mirrored the turmoil of the society and the sentiments it holds.
