Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited launches ZEE Mindspace on 7th March, 2014

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, India's leading television, media and entertainment company, launched its second edition of its Intellectual Property - ZEE Mindspace on 7th March, 2014. As brand ZEE marches ahead to achieve its envisioned goals, of reaching a billion viewers by 2020, and to establish itself amongst the top global media brands, it also aims at enhancing value for its business by establishing intellectual properties, based on ZEE's core pillars – Pioneering Vision, Innovation and Leadership.

ZEE Mindspace was launched with an intention to create an intellectually stimulating event for industry leaders to discuss, debate and reflect on issues and challenges facing the industry. It is a platform designed specifically for the marketing fraternity. The theme for ZEE Mindspace 2014 was 'Challenging Environment.'

ZEE Mindspace witnessed robust attendance by CMOs from diverse industries. It was also ZEE's first intellectual property that had a LIVE webcast. The event started with ZEE's brand film after which Mr. Roland Landers, Head – Corporate Brand, ZEE spoke about ZEE's brand positioning 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' and ZEE Mindspace.

The event comprised two keynote sessions by eminent speakers of international acclaim - Rob Lilwall and Anders Sorman-Nilsson. The first speaker for the evening was Rob Lilwall, a British-born, Hong Kong-based TV adventurer, writer and motivational speaker. In his session, 'Principles of Adventures in Pursuit of Excellence,' he spoke about his experiences from his vicious cycling expedition to Siberia entitled 'Cycling Home from Serbia.' He related his adventures to effective goal-setting, daring creative thinking and self-discipline which are the attitudes and principles of adventure that can be applied in every sphere of life.

The second esteemed speaker at the event was Anders Sorman-Nilsson, a futurist and innovation strategist. He is a reformed lawyer, and the founder and creative director of the Sydney and Stockholm based research company – Thinque. In his keynote 'Three Global Trends Disrupting Slumber', he discussed disruptive marketing trends in the current world and how analog and digital world combined together have a sweet spot termed by him as 'Digilogue'. Anders stated that marketers will have to tap on 'Digilogue' to obtain maximum out of their customers.
