Zee Punjabi launches a Musical Masterpiece 'Studio Sargam'

A yet another musical masterpiece from the stable of Zee Punjabi would entertain viewers across the globe.

An anchor, a music band and a singer are the core ingredients of this show. When mixed together in amicable conditions it makes an interesting recipe for music-masala dish 'Studio Sargam' that viewers will love to relish.

'Studio Sargam' opens up with the introduction of the guest artist and then follows a chit-chat between the singer and the beautiful young lady Rashmi who incidentally anchors the show. She prompts the singers on the show to share his/her experiences, personal and professional journey, aspirations, fantasies etc and in between set a mood for the singer to sing melodies from his/her bouquet.

A 5 piece orchestra comprising of Guitar, Octopad, Dholak , Synthesizer and Tabla assists the singer in this activity.

After the grand success of Zee Punjabi Sa Re Ga Ma Pa's the Punjabi television industry is rife with many singing reality shows. Budding singer are raring to make big in life and are looking for a right platform.

Red coloured bar chairs for the anchor, singer and musicians on a reflective black floor, and a dark backdrop flushed with sparkling lights serves as a set to present this interesting dish to the viewers.

Eminent Punjabi folk singer and daughter of the legendary Punjabi singer Surinder Kaur, Dolly Guleria didn't mince words in complimenting Zee Punjabi team for bringing out such a novel concept “It's a great musical treat for viewers and I am sure Studio Sargam would turn up as an excellent platform for Punjabi singers to reach out to their fans across the globe through Zee Punjabi”

The initial episodes of 'Studio Sargam' will be graced by the presence of eminent singers like Dolly Singh, Sarvjeet Kaur (Koke Wali fame), K.Deep (Mai Mohno fame) and Dolly Guleria (daughter of renowned singer Surinder Kaur) and others.
